GluckWalrath attorney Andrew Bayer has been named Chairman of the New Jersey Supreme Court District VII Ethics Committee, serving Mercer County. Mr. Bayer, a partner and director of the Firm’s Litigation and Public Entity/Municipal Law Practice Groups, concentrates his practice in land use and affordable housing litigation. He represents public entities in transactional and litigation matters, and private entities in general commercial litigation matters. Bayer is a resident of East Windsor, New Jersey.
The District VII Ethics Committee, one of eighteen statewide, works under the supervision of the Office of Attorney Ethics as the investigative and prosecutorial arm of the Supreme Court of New Jersey in discharging the court’s constitutional responsibility to supervise and discipline New Jersey attorneys.
