This afternoon, David Clark, spoke at the New Jersey Cities Initiative – 2012 Community Leadership Institute, presenting on the topic, “Taking Control: Effective Property Acquisition Strategies.
In the seminar, Mr. Clark discussed challenges facing the property market in the present climate and novel approaches to overcome these difficulties. Included in his talk were discussion of the Abandoned Properties Rehabilitiation Act, Tax Foreclosure Acceleration, Special Tax Sales, and Spot blight eminent domain.
